You Don't Recognize Yourself Anymore.
Let's Find You Again.
The journal for new moms who feel lost in the beautiful wreckage of motherhood.
40 deep reflections + bonus tools to help you rebuild your identity, honor your transformation, and find yourself again after baby.

You became a mother. And somewhere along the way, you lost yourself.
You look in the mirror and don't recognize the woman staring back.
🤍 Your body is different.
🤍 Your relationship is different.
🤍 Your entire life is different.
Everyone's celebrating the baby—and you love your baby fiercely—but nobody's asking about you.
Nobody's asking:
🤍 How do you feel about the body that just went through birth?
🤍 Do you know who you are anymore?
🤍 What have you lost in becoming a mother?
🤍 Are you okay?
You're not okay. And that's okay.
You're exhausted.
You're grieving.
You're overwhelmed.
You're touched out.
You're carrying the weight of invisible labor that nobody sees.
You're doing the hardest work of your life with the least amount of sleep, support, and acknowledgment.
And you're wondering: "When will I feel like myself again?"
Here's the truth nobody tells you:
You won't.
Not the old "yourself." That version is gone—transformed by pregnancy, birth, and the seismic shift of becoming a mother.
But there's a new version of you emerging.
🤍 One who is stronger, fiercer, more capable than you ever imagined.
🤍 One who holds both grief and gratitude.
🤍 One who is learning to honor the woman she was while becoming the mother she is.
This journal is the bridge between who you were and who you're becoming.
My Story
Hi, I'm Trisha. And I Know This Journey.

I'm a mom to amazing 3 year old twin girls and a beautiful baby boy.
Becoming a mom was the most incredible and the most terrifying thing I've ever done.
Twins are hard. The complications, the logistics, the sheer overwhelm of keeping two tiny humans alive when you can barely keep yourself upright. There were days the exhaustion felt impossible, and I wasn't sure I'd make it through.
But here's what nobody tells you: becoming a mom in general is a total shift in your life and existence.
Your entire identity changes overnight. The person you were before? She's still in there, but she's different now. Transformed.
And if you're having a second or third baby? That's scary too. Doing it all over again, knowing how hard it is, wondering if you can handle more.
No toxic positivity. No "Just enjoy every moment!" Not another voice telling me I should be grateful and nothing else.
I needed space to tell the truth.
The truth about:
🌸 How much my body had changed and how hard that was
🌸 The grief of losing my old life even while loving my new one
🌸 The invisible mental load crushing me
🌸 The loneliness of doing this without a village
🌸 The guilt for having hard feelings alongside the love
I needed permission to be both/and.
🌸 To love my baby AND miss my freedom.
🌸 To be grateful AND exhausted.
🌸 To celebrate AND grieve.
🌸 To be transforming AND struggling.
So I created this journal—40 deep reflections that meet you exactly where you are.
In the fog of the first weeks.
In the three-month mark when you still don't recognize yourself.
A year later when you're wondering when things will feel normal.
On baby #2 or #3 (or more!) when each one changes you differently.
This journal is for the mom who feels lost after having a baby.
And it's for the woman inside her who deserves to be found again.
