Hi, I'm Trisha
— mom of three, founder of Truly Thriving Mama, and someone who is very much still figuring it out.
How We Got Started
I live in Western New York with my identical twin girls, who are three, and my baby boy, who is ten months old. I've been through a C-section and a VBAC. I've been through the kind of postpartum recovery nobody prepares you for — the physical part and the quiet, confusing emotional part where you look in the mirror and don't quite recognize the woman looking back.
I didn't start this brand because I came through all of that and have the answers now. I started it because I was in the middle of it and needed somewhere to put everything I was feeling — and because I kept thinking: I cannot be the only one who feels this way.
I'm not an expert. I'm a mama doing it every single day, imperfectly and completely, just like you.
Truly Thriving Mama is where I process and grow and learn out loud — and reach out to other mamas who need to know they are not alone. That's the whole thing. That's why I built it.
The bird in my logo is intentional. Birds mean freedom. And a truly thriving mama is a free one — free from the guilt, the self-doubt, the feeling of disappearing into motherhood. That's what I'm working toward. I thought maybe you were too.
You are not alone
Whatever you're feeling in this season of motherhood — the exhaustion, the identity shift, the love that coexists with overwhelm — someone else is feeling it too. That someone is probably here.
No toxic positivity
You won't find "just be grateful" or "cherish every moment" here. You'll find honest words for the real hard parts. The kind you actually need to hear.
You are becoming
Motherhood changes you. That is not the same as breaking you. This brand exists in the in-between — for the mama who is not who she was and not yet who she's becoming, and needs company for the middle part.
Real help, real life
From postpartum recovery to the best gear for exhausted mamas to affirmations that actually land — this is a place built for your whole experience, not just the parts that look good on a grid.
Trisha
Founder, Truly Thriving Mama
Mom of twins and a baby boy. C-section survivor. VBAC mama.
Still in the thick of it, building anyway.
I created the resources I wished someone had handed me — the affirmation cards, the journal, the free guides — because postpartum identity loss is real and under-supported and nobody talks about it honestly enough.
Everything here was made for the mama who loves her children completely and still needs to be reminded that she matters too.

If you just found this place and something here felt like someone finally said it out loud — you're in the right place.
Start with the free guide below. It was made for exactly where you are.
